These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the jlbed platform and its user ("you" or "member"). jlbed is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and many other entertainment services for Bangladeshi users.

These Terms apply to all services, software, content, and user experiences on the platform. In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and specific game rules also remain in effect together.

These Terms are drafted in Bengali and Bengali is the authoritative version. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali text shall be considered final. "Platform" means jlbed's website, mobile site, and all related services.

1.2 Binding Effect of Agreement

When you create an account on jlbed, log in, or use any service on the platform, these Terms automatically become a binding agreement between you and jlbed.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use jlbed's services. This platform is intended solely for those aged 21 and above. Registration by a minor is strictly prohibited. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may operate only one account. It is strictly prohibited for the same person to hold more than one account. In the event this rule is violated, all accounts may be terminated and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a serious violation and may result in account termination. jlbed reserves the right to verify identity at any time.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

jlbed is designed to serve Bangladeshi users. Access to the platform may be restricted in certain areas or circumstances. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in their area.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jlbed currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). jlbed does not accept transactions through any method other than approved ones.

• Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.5 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit, where possible.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jlbed offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, a minimum deposit of ৳200 must be made the first time after registration.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, for a total of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined sum of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• jlbed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If misuse of a promotion is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• jlbed's interpretation is final in all decisions relating to bonuses.

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games and betting features on jlbed operate entirely on a fair play basis. Game outcomes are determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Circumstances for Bet Cancellation

• If a game or bet is disrupted due to a technical error, jlbed will review the situation and make a decision.
• Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds or payouts may be cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

6.3 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, the specific rules of each market apply. The official scorecard or the announcement of the relevant sports authority is considered final for determining match results.

6.4 Live Casino

Live casino games are played with real-time dealers. The outcome of these games depends entirely on real-time events and cannot be altered by the system in any way.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jlbed and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating more than one account for the same person.
• Registering an account using a false identity or incorrect information.
• Using a third party's credit card or payment method.
• Participating in collusion or match fixing.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or systems.
• Playing games or placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Abusing bonuses or settling funds through advantageous betting patterns.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Harassing or threatening other users on the platform.
• Knowingly exploiting incorrect odds or game errors.

All content on the jlbed platform — logos, graphics, designs, software, text materials, and game content — is the intellectual property of jlbed or its licensors. These assets may not be:

• Copied, reproduced, or distributed.
• Used for commercial purposes.
• Modified or used to create derivative works.
• Reverse engineered.

Accessing the platform for personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Prior written permission from jlbed is required for any other use.

9.1 Service Availability

jlbed strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times, however service may be disrupted in the following circumstances and jlbed will not be held liable for such disruptions:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Third-party network or server failures.
• Natural disasters or any other unforeseeable circumstances (force majeure).
• Issues with the user's device or internet connection.

9.2 Financial Liability

jlbed's liability for gaming losses caused by technical errors is limited to the amount of the bet in question. jlbed will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9.3 Third-Party Content

The respective provider is responsible for the quality and accuracy of content from game providers available on the platform (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others).

10.1 Closed at the User's Initiative

You can close your jlbed account at any time. In that case, you may withdraw any valid balance (subject to wagering conditions being met).

10.2 Closed at jlbed's Initiative

jlbed may temporarily or permanently close any account in the following situations:

• Serious violation of the terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to verify identity.
